Pathways Introduction
- 5 Levels
- Level 1 - Mastering Fundamentals: "Ice Breaker", "Evaluation and Feedback", "Researching and Presenting"
- Level 2 - Learning Your Style: Two required Projects + Introduction to Toastmasters Mentoring
- Level 3 - Increasing Knowledge: One required project + a minimum of two elective project + Serve as Topic master, Toastmaster and Evaluator by the end of Level 3
- Level 4 - Build Skills: One required project + a minimum of one elective project
- Level 5 - Demonstrating Expertise: One required project + a minimum of one elective project + "Reflect on Your Path"
