- plot_grn_weight / plot_TF_regulon: add type annotations for all arguments and the return type (REGVELOVI imported under TYPE_CHECKING to avoid a circular import).
- docs/faq.md: label the first Q&A as "Q1:" / "A:", drop the question heading to h3 and the answer sub-headings to h4 for smaller, consistent sizing.
