* Moved trix custom toolbar from Content to Rails so we can remove the stimulus controller * Added koi_* shims for generating rich_textarea tags so that we can swap based on feature flags * Configured lexxy and trix to upload via admin_direct_upload_url when generated from a Koi form. This does not affect non-Koi forms * Added lexxy as a Koi dependency, including Ruby, JS, and CSS No breaking changes intended, but if your application depends on Koi or Content internals you may have integration changes to make.
