Superseded: presentation work moved to PR #4

This draft independently reconstructed the context-packet product from the old public base and therefore competed with the existing canonical release PR #4.

The useful presentation work has now been transplanted onto release/context-packet-v1 / PR #4:

• committed fixture repository;
• expected, supporting, and unexpected change walkthrough;
• public command-discovery assertions;
• hidden-command filtering;
• stronger HUD, review, and JSON documentation;
• default handoff byte-equality assertion.

PR #4 retains the established CI, Rust contract tests, focus example, generated-state ignore rules, implementation-status documentation, protocol changes, and compatibility policy. It also contains the explicit missing-focus-path correction.

This PR must not be merged. It will be closed after the updated PR #4 workflow completes successfully.
