## Motivação O PR de release `#102` (php 0.2.2) foi disparado apenas por um commit `chore(php)` de bump de dev-dependency (php-cs-fixer, #99), sem qualquer mudança de código do pacote — uma release "vazia". O #102 foi fechado sem mergear. ## Mudança Define `changelog-sections` explicitamente na config do release-please, marcando como `hidden: true` os tipos que não devem gerar release nem poluir o changelog: `chore`, `docs`, `style`, `refactor`, `test`, `build`, `ci`. A partir daqui, apenas `feat`, `fix`, `perf` e `revert` disparam bump de versão. ## Efeito - Bumps de dependência do dependabot (`chore(deps)` / `chore(php)`) deixam de gerar releases vazias. - php e js seguem alinhados em 0.2.1.
