Read Field tape

  1. Floor Tape 2"x 18"
  2. Hatch Tape
  3. Cargo Tape

Video Processing

  1. Identify Target center point, angle, possibly verticies
  2. Identify proximity to target
  3. Communicate destination-coordinates to Roborio solvePNP look at D value of setup if overshooting is a problem
