改了啥呀

• 将应用版本从 1.0.0.784 / 1000784 更新到 1.0.0.795 / 1000795
• 新增 1.0.0.795 更新日志，汇总 1.0.0.782 之后已经落地的音频振动、PTS 呈现、实时统计和串流菜单主题优化
• 按最终用户可见结果合并多轮 PTS 调整，没有把已回滚的中间方案塞进发布说明里凑数呀

为啥要改

应用配置已经前进到 1.0.0.784，但内置更新日志仍停在 1.0.0.782。这次统一版本元数据与发布说明，免得杂鱼版本号和用户看到的 changelog 各走各的。

仓库自动发布脚本仍按旧式“版本升级”提交查找边界，会误从 1.0.0.733 扫描历史；因此本次从 1.0.0.782 发布提交开始人工归纳最终结果，避免重复、回滚项和漏掉 style 变更。
