The main changes here is using WinForms BackgroundWorker class instead of threads to make it more suitable for WinForms apps, also contains naming fixes to be more understandable, it uses optimized buffer size for L1 cache, finally it locks the form when encoding files to prevent launching multiple threads and messing around the progress.
