This changes the parent directory name from `abi` to `libc-abi-buildType` to prevent conflicts when all the binaries are copied for a package to the same directory.

This changes the parent directory name from
abitolibc-abi-buildTypeto prevent conflicts when all the binaries are copied for zeromq to the same directory.This caused glibc and musl binaries to conflict in the previous release on arm64
