Was there a specific reason for pinning brukerapi to a precise patch-release, and is this temporary or permanent?

(Asking in the context of maintaining the spec2nii package in Fedora.)

Hi @musicinmybrain ,

@VKarlaftis will be better able to answer once he returns from holiday, but I think it is intended to be temporary. brukerapi has been on a release spree, with about 7 versions in one month, touching a lot of their code. We wanted a chance to check that everything still functioned as normal in our package before releasing the pin.
