Introduce a deterministic patch workflow: patch-codex.mjs builds a tiny diff from an unmerged design/codex Gerrit change, and a postinstall hook (apply-codex-patch.mjs) re-formats and re-applies it on top of the published Codex packages. Adds the diff dev dependency and documents the workflow in the protowiki-update-codex skill. Co-authored-by: Cursor <[email protected]>
