The goal of this project is to create a program that is entirely benign in function but has enough hallmarks to identify it as malware by antivirus software. Distributing malware can be a legal grey area in some jurisdictions, not to mention the ethical concerns associated with it. However, in an educational setting, it can be quite useful to have a live sample of malware for analysis or testing.
