[B2BTEAM-3062] Increase Cost Center dropdown limit

What problem is this solving?

• Increase the cost center dropdown limit on the user (new user or edit user) modals, currently it was being shown only one hundred.
• The new limit is a thousand because it's masterdata upper limit, to show more than this we would need to rework the entire dropdown.

How to test it?

-> Use account b2bstoreqa
-> Go to Organization Load Test Guid CC
-> Go to Users
-> Create or Edit an user
-> Check if there are 200 cost centers in the dropdown. (They are numbered to make it easier)
