This PR adds aria-label attributes to the DashboardNav and MobileNav components. These components use icon-only links/buttons in some contexts (especially mobile), which were previously inaccessible to screen readers.

Testing:

  • Verified using a Playwright script that the aria-label attributes are present and correct on both desktop and mobile views.
  • Verified that the application builds and runs without errors.
