Adopts the warden standard: oxfmt + oxlint configs, exact-version devDeps for oxfmt 0.48.0 / oxlint 1.63.0 / portless 0.13.0 / babel-plugin-react-compiler 1.0.0, format/lint/typecheck/warden/all scripts, portless-wrapped dev script, reactStrictMode + reactCompiler in next.config.ts, and a CI workflow running bun run all.
