fix(eve): isolate production build workspaces

Why

eve build previously wrote compiler, host, Nitro, Workflow, and final output artifacts into app-owned paths shared by concurrent builds and the dev server. A build could consume another invocation's intermediate state, disrupt a running dev server, or replace the last-good output before all artifacts were ready.

What changed

Each production build now owns isolated compiler, host, Nitro, Workflow, and output workspaces. Only final publication is serialized: a journaled owner-token lock atomically promotes the completed output and summary, rolls back failures, and lets a later build recover an interrupted publication. eve start reads the compiler snapshot from the published output rather than dev-owned paths.

This PR is Stage 1 only. It establishes safe production workspace and publication ownership without changing dev workers, watchers, routing, authored loaders, or Workflow delivery. See the reviewer architecture note for the complete target model.

Follow-on stages

• Stage 2 — immutable generations: materialize each complete authored dependency closure into a path-independent generation so admitted requests and active turns survive later removals or edits.
• Stage 3 — parent worker and World transport: give the stable parent ownership of readiness, request and generation leases, queue ingress, cancellation, trusted client metadata, dev control endpoints, and bounded shutdown.
• Stage 4 — transactional dev rebuilds: promote the generation pointer, routes, and a ready Nitro candidate through one rollback-safe transaction. Runtime-only edits avoid worker replacement; structural edits replace only a validated candidate.
• Stage 5 — latest-turn Workflow delivery and pruning: keep parked session drivers generation-neutral, resolve the latest promoted generation when each child turn Workflow starts, route that child's retries and resumptions to the recorded generation, and release it when the child becomes terminal.

The follow-on design does not pin a parked session to historical authored code. An active child Workflow stays internally consistent, while the same session's next turn uses the latest successfully promoted generation.

The gray-matter vendoring change remains independent of this lifecycle stack.

Validation

• focused output-publication integration tests: 9 passed
• full unit tier: 4,681 passed, 1 skipped
• full integration tier: 437 passed
• full scenario tier: 295 passed, 15 skipped
• formatting, lint, typecheck, and invariants passed

The scenarios cover overlapping builds while probing a dev server, failed-build preservation, atomic output/summary publication, rollback, interrupted-owner recovery, cleanup recovery, and starting the published build.
