Cookie-based sticky sessions in nginx were open-sourced in nginx 1.29.6, so they are no longer commercial-only. Update the reverse proxy guide prose and the nginx load-balancing example to use the sticky cookie directive, keeping ip_hash documented as the fallback for older versions.
