• count Board-Man pastes only after an editable target visibly changes
• keep the panel open when no editable input target is available
• add Hidden / Below / Left / Right timestamp layouts with compact rows and fixed-width numeric columns
• place usage count immediately left of right-aligned timestamps
• make Unused mode feed the next unused item to Command+V in copy order
• list installed macOS font families with Japanese labels and system fallback

Validation

• full macOS test suite passed: 44 tests
• BoardManPanelLayoutTests passed after compact-row adjustment
• SwiftLint has no blocking errors
