- encode.py: encoder profiles (libx264/265, nvenc, videotoolbox, qsv) with
per-encoder rate control; --encoder auto functionally probes GPU encoders
and falls back to libx264
- --resolution {720p..4k} scales the whole EDL by short side (scale_edl)
- circle annotations render as true PIL ring overlays (not drawbox boxes)
- reframe_offset applied as a clamped horizontal crop pan
- stitch encoders subcommand; --encoder/--resolution/--preset/--crf flags
