Solve the problem of
"NA"or"#NA"being parsed by pandas as NaN values.Solves #165. Perhaps partially, but I do not see any case where we need to put
"NA"in a yaml file (then we also run into a different problem, namely"NO"being parsed as False by pyyaml.
