The tests fails with Ruby 4.0, so I didn't add that version. Instead I kept 3.2, even though it's EOL. This is at least better than keeping what we had before.

Mostly because of https://github.blog/changelog/2025-09-19-deprecation-of-node-20-on-github-actions-runners/, but I did some other changes to our GitHub Actions setup as well.
