Summary

  • add trailmark-review-gate for PASS/WARN/FAIL/UNKNOWN structural review packets
  • document deterministic gate rules, output format, and review integration guidance
  • link the gate from graph-evolution and the public Trailmark README
  • bump the public trailmark plugin to 0.10.0

Validation

  • python3 .github/scripts/check_claude_loadability.py
  • python3 .github/scripts/check_codex_loadability.py
  • python3 .github/scripts/validate_plugin_metadata.py
  • git diff --cached --check
