LGTM. pull_request_target and workflow_run triggers unless you explicitly set allow-unsafe-pr-checkout: true (a "pwn request" hardening). However, it doesn't affect any of our workflows: all five use pull_request, push, workflow_dispatch, or schedule, none of which are impacted.
