- Drop support for Ruby 2.5 and older.
- Use one Gemfile for all Ruby/Bundler versions.
- Remove unused GHA config.
- Update GHA config, mainly splitting the CI configuration for the "lint" job. Note that the markdown linting doesn't seem to work anymore.
Mainly: Split the "lint" job into separate jobs for ruby, markdown and yaml linting. This makes each language linting complete faster, and it highlights the fact that the markdown linting doesn't work anymore.
