These are local planning/review artifacts (Tier-2 re-window plan + Codex reviews + Thermo .raw authoring roadmap) that should live locally, not in the tree. Remove them and add a .gitignore guard (*.codex-review.md + the two plan docs) so they aren't re-committed. Content preserved locally; the merge-PR history still holds prior copies.
