Summary

• Update TERMUX_ANDROID_BUILD_TOOLS_VERSION from 33.0.1 to 37.0.0.
• Update d8 and apksigner package versions to 37.0.0.
• Drop the old package revisions for d8 and apksigner.

Testing

• Built affected packages with ghcr.io/termux/package-builder:
  • d8
  • apksigner
  • ecj
  • beanshell
• Installed generated packages on an Android 36 x86_64 Termux emulator.
• Verified:
  • d8 --version
  • r8 --version
  • apksigner --version
  • dpkg -l d8 apksigner ecj beanshell
• Compiled Java 8 class files containing named, anonymous, and local inner classes.
• Verified updated d8 can dex those class files when passed as .class files or as a jar.
