feat(pua): add NVIDIA Jensen flavor

Summary

• add a new NVIDIA / Jensen (老黄味) corporate flavor built around Mission Is Boss, Speed-of-Light, Intellectual Honesty, One Team, and full-stack co-design
• wire NVIDIA aliases, flavor selection, methodology routing, core prompt tables, README counts, landing-page copy, and the positive ENFP mode
• add an executable full-stack bottleneck workflow with Top 5, Speed-of-Light, NV-FULL-STACK-PROFILE, Intellectual Honesty review, and end-to-end delivery templates
• define concrete anti-patterns that trigger L1-L4 pressure escalation, including repeated-violation escalation
• add a dedicated NVIDIA flavor regression gate
