You can use the WinPE feature to troubleshoot systems that do not boot. Insert a blank USB drive into your computer. Select "Create WinPE Bootable Media" from the tools menu. Follow the wizard to format the drive and copy the necessary boot files. Reboot your computer and enter the BIOS or Boot Menu settings to load from this USB drive. This provides a clean environment to perform data recovery without interference from your primary operating system.
Keep the version of DiskGenius updated to ensure support for the latest drive hardware and file systems. You can check for updates in the help menu.
