The Terraform Managed filter was not being applied to VPCs or subnets in the topology view, causing unmanaged VPCs and their subnets to appear even when the filter was active. Search inputs in ECSList and TopologyFilterBar were firing on every keystroke with no debounce, causing excessive re-renders and API calls. Allow admins to configure per-bucket glob patterns (e.g., */test/*, */staging/*) that are excluded when auto-discovering .tfstate files. The built-in */archive/* and */backup/* exclusions remain as defaults. Backend: added excluded_paths field to TerraformStateBucket model, Pydantic schemas, and the auto-discovery logic in the terraform parser (using fnmatch for glob matching).
