What this change does
Consolidates the two README roadmap sections ("event-driven seams" and "authoring & visualization") into one
## Roadmapheading, and drops thebellowsresilience seam from it.Why
The split read as two competing roadmaps when they're one body of forward work framed by the same idea (seams you build on without reaching into the kernel).
bellowswas only ever marked exploring and overlaps too much with existing resilience patterns to keep on the public roadmap.Checklist
