USC Pre-Registered Falsifier Matrix (P1-P20), frozen 2026-07-16
Frozen, hash-stamped pre-registration of 20 falsifiable predictions of the Unified Structural-Entropy Cosmogenesis (USC) program, spanning the dusk (dark energy), dawn (matter genesis), galactic (MOND) and scale (dark-matter mass) sectors. Each prediction carries a decision rule and the datasets that would confirm or refute it. This deposit is the immutable public timestamp of the pre-registration.
