docs: align repository with ecosystem standards

Summary

This PR aligns sparshsam/wordwise with the ecosystem-standards documentation, README, security, and metadata conventions.

Changes

README Standard Compliance

• Added Maturity statement: "Maintained. Releases, changelog, and issue tracking are active."
• Added explicit link to ARCHITECTURE.md in the description
• Added Limitations section (what the app does not do)
• Added Citation section linking to CITATION.cff
• Added docs/architecture.md to the Project Structure tree

Security Standard Compliance

• .gitignore: Added .env, .env.*, *.local entries to prevent accidental secret commits
• .env.example: Added PEXELS_API_KEY placeholder; updated comment header to standard warning format

Metadata Accuracy

• package.json: Fixed license field from "MIT" to "AGPL-3.0" (matches actual LICENSE file)
• CITATION.cff: Fixed repository URL from sparshagarwal/wordwise → sparshsam/wordwise
