The Inno Setup installer script referenced assets/pdfreader_by_sparsh.ico at the old location. Update to assets/branding/pdfreader_by_sparsh.ico.

Missed one more old path reference — the Inno Setup installer script.\n\nFixed:
installer/setup.issline 27 —SetupIconFilepath.\n\nRoot cause: The icon was moved fromassets/pdfreader_by_sparsh.icotoassets/branding/pdfreader_by_sparsh.icoduring the Kovina Repository Standard restructure, but the Inno Setup installer wasn't updated.
