feat: add FastAPI trading signals service for AI agents

Trading Signals API for AI Agents

This PR adds a FastAPI service that exposes trading signals from the Bybit dashboard as a REST API.

Endpoints

• GET /health → Service status
• GET /status → System status (equity, PnL)
• GET /signals → All trading signals
• GET /signals/{symbol} → Signal for a specific symbol
• GET /history → Trade history
• GET /equity-history → Equity history
