Improve operator UX hierarchy for MWP

This PR adds a targeted operator UX hierarchy pass for MWP readiness.

Highlights:

• Adds page-level priority cards to Home, Orders, Production, Handoff, and Timeline
• Makes daily primary actions more explicit
• Softens support sections so they compete less with operational work
• Makes admin sidebar links visually secondary
• Adjusts badge/pill affordances so informational elements do not look clickable
• Documents the product/POS benchmark gap
