- Removed call to `/api/v1/me` which required `identity` permission. Username is now passed by KS_REDDIT_USERNAME.
- Added 30 second timeout on HTTP requests
- Added logging on sync error
- Added logging when Reddit stream stops
- Improved logging when API receives JSON error objects
