Add Kanagawa theme

[Copilot]

Ports kanagawa.nvim to lib/textbringer/themes/kanagawa.rb.

Palettes

• :dark — Wave variant: sumiInk3 (#1f1f28) background, fujiWhite (#dcd7ba) foreground
• :light — Lotus variant: lotusWhite3 (#f2ecbc) background, lotusInk1 (#545464) foreground

All hex values taken directly from the source colors.lua palette and themes.lua semantic mappings. ANSI fallbacks assigned for 8-color terminals.
