Description
PasteClip is a free, open-source clipboard manager for macOS (GPL-3.0, Swift 6 + SwiftUI). It captures text, rich text, HTML, images, links, files, colors, and code snippets, and shows them in a Paste-style card interface. Features include named Pinboards with drag and drop, Quick Look previews with the Space key, search and filters, one-click paste into the frontmost app, per-app exclusions (e.g. password managers), configurable history limits, and local-only storage with no account or telemetry.
Why it should be included to
Awesome macOS open source applications(optional)It is a fully native, actively maintained (21 releases) free alternative to the paid Paste app, with a developer-friendly detail: images are pasted into terminals such as Ghostty and iTerm2 reliably via PNG + file URL.
