Summary

  • Replace orange primary color (32 98% 56%) with the darker green from the Dispatch logo (158 82% 28%)
  • Update media thumbnail glow effects to use matching green

The orange-to-green primary color migration (#19) inadvertently changed
the full-access warning badge and CI active-step bullet to green. These
should remain amber to convey warning/in-progress semantics.
