Splits src/Adapter/AWS/SSM to the read-only mirror repo secretary/php-aws-ssm-parameter-store-adapter, matching the other adapters so 'composer require secretary/aws-ssm-parameter-store-adapter' resolves.

Adds the AWS SSM Parameter Store adapter to the monorepo split matrix so it publishes to its read-only mirror repo.
src/Adapter/AWS/SSM->secretary/php-aws-ssm-parameter-store-adaptersecretary/php-aws-ssm-parameter-store-adapterhas been created (public, MIT).workflow_dispatchon Split Monorepo) will populate the mirror socomposer require secretary/aws-ssm-parameter-store-adapterresolves.Follows the same pattern as the other AWS adapters.
