Summary

  • The TOTP QR scanner is now a centered square viewfinder (max 280px, 1:1, bordered) instead of a fullscreen camera.
  • The add-authenticator fields are vertically centered (scroll-safe when the keyboard opens) instead of pinned to the top.

Closes #431
