Bumping Paradox to 0.11.0-M4 because that's all we have for sbt 2 - https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/lightbend/paradox/sbt-paradox_sbt2_3/.

Disabling ghpages integration test since it's not available for sbt 2.x yet.
