- Elixir 1.18: add OTP 25.3, 26.2 (was only 27.3) - Elixir 1.20: bump 1.20.0→1.20.2 - OTP: add 26.2 for 1.19, align OTP versions across matrix - Bump code_quality to Elixir 1.20.2 / OTP 29.0 - Patch bumps: OTP 27.1→27.2, 28.1→28.5
