Added date filter support to the existing KPI Analytics Lambda API.
Implemented support for 7D, 30D, 1Y, All, and Custom date ranges.
Updated KPI query functions to apply request submission date filtering.
Updated average resolution time calculation using submission and serviced dates.
Maintained existing response structure, SLA metadata, and error handling.
