Footer family strip → real product sites — the placeholder # links now point at the live sibling sites: reCode </>https://recode.thesolidchain.com, reDeFi <=>https://redefi.thesolidchain.com. reDeploy ^^ remains the highlighted, unlinked current entry. Footer tests updated to assert the real hrefs.

Brand v1.9 logo frame swap — dropped from this PR: superseded by #167, which already brought the site's marks to brand-book v1.9 spec. Rebased onto main (post #166/#167 shared header); the branch now carries this single commit.

Pages redeploys on merge.
