Changes:

• Rename builder-dark.vim to builder-dark-warm.vim
• Introduce builder-dark-cold.vim variant

There are now two variants of builder-dark: builder-dark-warm (original builder-dark) and builder-dark-cold (new). builder-dark-cold was introduced to match the colder background color found in newer versions of GNOME.

(Re-tagged 1.6 release after some cleanup commits. No functional changes were made.)
