Remove ADP acronym from How to Use These Docs page - #193

Spells out "Agentic Data Plane" in all occurrences instead of using the ADP acronym, which has been removed from the doc set. Also adds the missing module prefix to the Data Platform overview xref to satisfy the AsciiDoc lint check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <[email protected]>

ADP change looks good. But please fix the xref.
