Add an Output format section to the Create an MCP Server guide describing the per-server Encoding options (JSON, TOON, and JTON) that control how a server's tool results are encoded before an agent reads them.

Note that a selected output-format encoding takes effect only after token-optimized output is enabled for the gateway, and forwards JSON until then. Remove bold from the encoding values in the table to match the page's existing style. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <[email protected]>
