Overview
Documents that POST /v1/cluster/certificates/rotate (cluster_rotate_cluster_certificates) may run up to 900 seconds (15 minutes) by adding the x-timeout-seconds OpenAPI extension.

This matches the same timeout already declared on other long-running cluster certificate operations (for example PUT /v1/cluster/certificates and the deprecated PUT /v1/cluster/update_cert), so clients and generated docs can expect a longer wait for rotate-and-apply work across the cluster.
