Stable release candidate for Memory Recall 2.0.0.
Includes the Rust-native production default, bounded map behavior, multi-repository isolation, package distribution safeguards, and the large-repository workbench fixes.
Local proof: full Node CI, Rust workspace, packed Darwin clean install with all twelve MCP tools, browser suite, release readiness, and handoff verification.
Remote release gates: five native artifact jobs and CodeQL. No publication is performed by this PR.
